Support the Banquet

The Awards Banquet is an important OHJA fundraiser. OHJA and its programs are funded through donations, sponsorship and advertising. To raise the funds we need to support scholarship and educational programs, at the banquet, we host a silent auction, that offers a wide variety of exciting products and services, raise the paddle for cash donations and a few other fun activities. Your support and generosity allow us continue these programs and grow the organization.

Donations are tax deductible! The Oregon Hunter Jumper Association (OHJA) is an IRS 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization and donations are tax deductible (as allowed by law). Please consult with your tax adviser.

Tickets and Meal Selection

Tickets are $75 each for adults and $45 for youth. Adult ticket prices increase to $125 on December 21.

A Youth is defined as 12 and under. Only 12 and under are eligible for the Children’s meal.

Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsors  – Please email the Banquet Representative and provide your meal option and tell us which barn you want to sit with. We will email you a confirmation.

Meal Offerings:

• Pan roasted chicken breast with roasted fennel risotto, seasonal vegetables
• Braised beef short ribs with roasted scallion asiago polenta, balsamic poached tomato
• Vegan & Gluten free: Wild rice hazelnut pilaf, wilted greens, butternut squash, roasted mushrooms, balsamic poached tomato
• Mac & Cheese- Adult Meal 12 & Older
• Chicken Fingers- Adult Meal 12 & Older
• Mac & Cheese – Children’s Meal 12 & Under
• Chicken Fingers – Children’s Meal 12 & Under

At the Year-End Awards Banquet and Scholarship Fundraiser, we recognize the recipients of the current show season including special awards, Medal Finals winners, and the top 6 exhibitors in those divisions eligible for year-end awards.  Their hard work, training and performance have earned them the respect of the hunter, jumper and equitation equestrians throughout Oregon.  It is also our pleasure to celebrate the riders, family members, friends and professionals that set the gold standard for leadership in our community.
